*This is a “Soft Closing” Auction.  Lots will begin closing at 7:30  PM CST in increments of 4 per minute, beginning on Page 1, until all items have ended.  If bids are placed within the last 5 minutes of an item’s closure, there will be an additional 5 minutes added to the timer, allowing competitive bidding to continue.

Shipping:

If you are interested in having an item from this auction shipped to you, please contact Terrence, our Logistics Operator. For a quoted fee, we will prepare and package your items for a carrier that you will schedule and pay directly. Please email Terrence@bclauction.com by 11am on Day 1 Pick Up to request a quote on this preparation. If confirmed with Terrence, you will be required to email us a shipping label as well as coordinate pick up with both BCL and your carrier.

Important Terms & Conditions:
*All sales are final:  Please attend the Public Inspection if you are unsure of an item’s condition, size, color, value or usefulness.
*All items sold “as is & where is without warranty of any kind expressed or implied.”
*18% Buyer’s Premium in effect.
Cash Buyers will receive a 3% Discount on this Premium if the Cash Payment Terms are met.
Cash Buyers must email peggy@bclauction.com by 6AM the morning following the close of the auction notifying her that they will be in by Noon to pay by Cash.  These Buyers will be charged a 15% Buyer’s Premium.

*Declined Credit Card & Late Pay Penalty: If Cash is not received by Noon, the Credit Card on File will be processed and the 18% Buyer’s Premium will be charged.  If the credit card on file is declined, a $25.00 Late Fee will incur.  If payment has still not been secured by 4PM on Day 1 of Item Removal, a $50.00 Late Fee will incur.
