Public Inspection Date: Monday, October 22nd from 11 AM to 2 PM

Item Removal:

Tuesday, October 23rd from  10AM-4PM and Wednesday, October 24th from  9AM-3PM

*Everything must be removed by 3PM on Day 2 or be abandoned  with out recourse.

*18% Buyer’s Premium in effect.
Cash Buyers will receive a 3% Discount on this Premium if the Cash Payment Terms are met.
Cash Buyers must email peggy@bclauction.com by 6AM the morning following the close of the auction notifying her that they will be in by Noon to pay by Cash.  These Buyers will be charged a 15% Buyer’s Premium.  If Cash is not received by Noon, the Credit Card on File will be processed and the 18% Buyer’s Premium will be charged.
