Auction Date & Time: Monday, June 24that 8:00 PM CDT

*This is a Soft Closing auction.  Beginning at 8PM CDT, Lots will begin closing in numerical order, beginning on page one, in increments of 5 per minute, until all lots have closed.

*Auto-Extend Bidding in Place: Please note that Lots that receive bids within in the final minutes before closing, will be automatically extended by 5 minutes, until all bidding activity has ended.  This feature emulates a “Live Auction,” allowing continued, competitive bidding.

Public Inspection Date:  Monday, June 24th from 11 AM – 2 PM CDT

Item Removal Dates:
Tuesday, June 25th from 10 AM – 4 PM CDT
Wednesday, June 26th from 9 AM – 3 PM CDT
*Everything must be removed by 3pm on Day 2 or it will be considered abandoned without recourse or refund.

Shuttle Service will be provided: Please email for a quote & confirmation of available space on the truck to shuttle your items to our St. Louis facility for pickup within approximately 4 days after the auction closes.

Shipping Service: Please email to request shipping and you will be emailed a quote to prepare your package for the shipping carrier that you choose and schedule.  *Please note that BCL is not responsible for any damage that may occur during the shipping process.

Important Terms & Conditions:
*All sales are final:  Please attend the Public Inspection if you are unsure of an item’s condition, size, color, value or usefulness.
*All items sold “as is & where is without warranty of any kind expressed or implied.”

Payment Terms:
*18% Buyer’s Premium in effect. This is added to your final purchase price. This is the industry standard.
Cash Buyers will receive a 3% Discount on this Premium if the Cash Payment Terms are met.
Cash Buyers must email by 6AM the morning following the close of the auction notifying her that they will be in by Noon to pay by Cash.

*Declined Credit Card & Late Pay Penalties Due: If Cash is not received by Noon, the Credit Card on File will be processed and the 18% Buyer’s Premium will be charged.  If the credit card on file is declined, a $25.00 Late Fee will incur.  If payment has still not been secured by 4PM on Day 1 of Item Removal, a $50.00 Late Fee will incur.
