NEW TIMES FOR ITEM REMOVAL:
Item Removal Does Not Begin until THURSDAY so that our Team can gather your items & have them ready for you.
CASH Payments can ONLY be Received at the BCL Auction Office located at 6128 Bartmer Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63133 on Thursday before 12PM.*Cash cannot be accepted at the auction address
THE FOLLOWING NEW SAFETY PROCEDURES ARE IN PLACE TO ALLOW FOR THE RECOMMENDED SOCIAL DISTANCING PROTOCOL TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF ALL:
These include, but are not limited to: Disinfectants, Gloves, Masks, Hand Sanitizer, frequent hand washing, 6FT distancing from others & limiting occupancy to 10 people or less.
We will Gather Your Items & Provide Curbside Pickup for Purchases that can be Hand Carried.
*You are still responsible to provide any additional labor and/or tools needed for items that require it.
Additional Detailed Instructions regarding Item Pickup will be emailed to all Winning Bidders with the latest & most up to date details to expedite the Item Removal process for you. These instructions will include the phone number that you are to Text Upon your Arrival to the Auction Site so our Team knows that you are on-site to pickup your items.

Public Inspection Times: Weekdays from 10 AM to 2 PM
*We will limit the number of people in the building at one time to 5 and will follow the recommended social distancing of 6FT or more. Thank you!
New 3 Day Item Removal Schedule beginning Thursday:
NOT ITEM REMOVAL ON WEDNESDAY!
Thursday, April 9th from 9 AM – 4 PM CDT
Friday, April 10th from 9 AM – 4 PM CDT
Monday, April 13th from 9 AM – 12PM CDT
*Everything must be removed by 12 pm on Monday or it will be considered abandoned without recourse or refund.
Shuttle Service: Unfortunately, there is no shuttle service offered on this auction.
Shipping Service: Shipping arrangements are handled by the Seller. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a shipping and she will forward your request. We cannot ship aerosol cans or chemicals of any kind.
Important Terms & Conditions:
*All sales are final: Please attend the Public Inspection if you are unsure of an item’s condition, size, color, value or usefulness.
*All items sold “as-is & where is without warranty of any kind expressed or implied.”
*18% Buyer’s Premium in effect.
Cash Buyers will receive a 3% Discount on this Premium if the Cash Payment Terms are met.
Cash Buyers must email email@example.com by 6 AM the morning following the close of the auction notifying her that they will be in by Noon to pay by Cash. These Buyers will be charged a 15% Buyer’s Premium.
CASH PAYMENTS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED AT 6128 BARTMER AVE. BEFORE NOON ON APRIL 9TH. ALL CASH PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE PRIOR TO PICKING UP AT THE AUCTION SITE.
Sales tax will be collected. If your purchase qualifies for resale, you must email your Resale Number and a copy of your Resale Certificate to firstname.lastname@example.org.
*Declined Credit Card & Late Pay Penalty: If Cash is not received by Noon, the Credit Card on File will be processed and the 18% Buyer’s Premium will be charged. If the credit card on file is declined, a $25.00 Late Fee will incur. If payment has still not been secured by 4 PM on Day 1 of Item Removal, a $50.00 Late Fee will incur.
