Terms and Conditions

All bidders must register with a current driver's license or other state issued form of identification prior to bidding. All items are sold "as is" and "where is", without warranty of any kind expressed or implied. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

The auctioneer and/or the auction company shall not be responsible for the correct description, genuineness, authenticity of, or defect in the lot, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. All articles being exposed for public exhibition and sold "as is" without recourse. Notices and announcements made on the day of sale take precedence over all other printed material. All information contained on this site and other advertising is from sources deemed reliable and is believed to be correct, but neither the auction company, sellers nor publishers shall be liable for any errors or the correctness of the descriptions.

Payment Options

All successful bids must be paid in full at the sale's conclusion. BCL accepts the following methods of payment:

	Company Checks
	Credit Cards

Checks:
All checks must be made payable to BCL. Company checks are only accepted if accompanied by a letter from your bank guaranteeing funds to BCL. (On Bank Stationery)

Credit Cards:
A 3% convenience fee is added to all credit card purchases.

Deposits
An immediate deposit of 25% is required on all bids submitted whether made at the sale site or by proxy.

Equipment Removal
All equipment must be removed in accordance with our Standard Terms of Sale to be announced on sale day. All tools and labor required for the removal of the items purchased is the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Check out of the merchandise will begin at the sale's conclusion overseen by an agent of BCL. Merchandise may not be moved or removed while the sale is in progress.

Buyer's Premium
If there is a Buyer's Premium in effect, there will be a fixed percentage added to the final bid price. Be sure to check the description page for the auction you are interested in to see if a Buyer's Premium is in effect.
