Bar and Restaurant Equipment Auction

Payment Terms:

Your purchase MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL BY the day after the auction closes. If you have not brought in payment in the form of Cash or Certified Funds by the stated time above to BCL Auction, your credit card will automatically be charged for your purchase. If your credit card payment is not successful, your items will be resold!

REMOVAL:
Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Buyer is responsible for all tools and labor required or removal or for making arrangements with a freight company. Purchases will be released upon presentation of a PAID EMAIL RECEIPT. Please insure that anyone picking up items on your behalf has the paid receipt in their possession. Items will not be released without a paid email receipt. 

IMPORTANT:

The Auctioneer will have the option of reselling, removing, storing or abandoning, at the expense and risk of the purchaser, items not paid for and/or not removed within the published removal dates and times. The buyer agrees to pay all deficiencies, legal collection, transportation and storage expenses associated with delinquent accounts or abandoned items.

BUYERS PREMIUM:

A 15% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase.
If you bid $100.00 at check out you will be charged $115.00.

PAYMENT FORMS: Cash, Certified Funds and Credit Cards accepted.
NOTE: Credit Card purchases will access a 3% processing fee.

VERY IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION: Your credit card will automatically be charged for your purchase unless Cash or Certified Funds are received by BCL Auction by noon on January 29th!

BIDDING ERRORS:You should immediately review your bids before they are submitted. If you make a gross bidding error, you must immediately contact our office by email. You will still remain the high bidder, however, if your mistake has caused others to be outbid. We will not reverse bids that have caused another bidder to be outbid. If you bid on the wrong item, we will not reverse your bid. Please review all bids before submitting. We will not reverse bids after the auction has begun closing. NO EXCEPTIONS.

STAGGERED CLOSING:
The online auction closes in intervals equal to 5 items per minute. This feature works in conjunction with the auto-extend feature to closely emulate a 'live' auction.

DYNAMIC CLOSING:
The closing time of an item is automatically extended an additional 5 minutes when a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes of the item’s scheduled closing time.

OUTBID NOTIFICATION:
If you have been outbid, you will be notified via email until the close of the sale. To quickly review your winning bids, you can utilize the 'REVIEW BIDS' Feature. Items that you’ve been outbid on will be clearly be marked.

WINNING BIDDER NOTIFICATION:
If you are the winning bidder on one or more items, you will be contacted by email immediately upon the close of the auction.

Please Note: This is the only notification that you will receive. It is your responsibility to check your email. If you feel you have won an item and have not received an email notification, you must notify us by email no later than 9 AM the next day.

CAUTION PERTAINING TO IMAGES POSTED: For demonstration purposes only, photos may sometimes only be a representation of the actual item. Please carefully read the complete description of a lot before placing bids. Occasionally, an incorrect photo may be displayed for a lot.
NOTE: The description of the lot is the correct information for bidding purposes.

SELLER RIGHTS:Occasionally, Sellers may withdraw an item from an event prior to the closing. BCL assumes no liability or responsibility for decisions made by the Seller to withdraw items.

WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS and with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. Descriptions are believed to be accurate, but are not guaranteed. Public inspections are open to all interested parties for a complete examination of the assets.
If you are uncertain of the condition or use of an item, please bid accordingly.

BUYER’S LIABILITY PERTAINING TO DAMAGE: Buyer is responsible for the expense incurred for any damage which may have been caused to the Seller’s assets or property, by the buyer, during the preview or during the removal process. Buyer understands that the credit card on file will be charged for any such expenses incurred.

The auctioneer reserves the right to add, remove, split or combine lots presented, add minimum bids, reserve prices, change closing times, inspection times, removal times, cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule any individual item(s) and/ or auction event.

LIABILITY: Auctioneers and Sellers liability shall be limited to the refund of bidders purchase price.
The above-stated terms and conditions cannot be altered except in writing by the Auctioneer.
